Refund Policy: All registration fees are non-refundable. This race, in accordance with management executives, city officials and local law enforcement has the authority to cancel any of the events for emergency purposes such as, but not limited to, inclement weather, a pandemic, or threat of terrorism. If such emergency conditions force cancellation, refunds cannot be provided.
The start line is located on Van Ness Ave adjacent to Aquatic Park. The staging area for pre- and post-race will be held in Aquatic Park across from Ghirardelli Square. If getting dropped off, please use Ghirardelli Square as your point of reference. You will be able to access the start line via a short walk.
There are a handful of parking garages that are walking distance of the start/finish line area. Parking rates and rules are set by lot operators.

Anchorage Square Garage (542 Beach St, San Francisco, CA 94133)
Ace Parking (350 Beach Street, San Francisco, CA 94133)

Public Transportation:
There are various transit lines that pass close to Ghirardelli Square in San Francisco, including bus lines 19, 28, 30, and 49. Use this guide to help plan your trip to the start of the race. You can also use the Trip Planner to find the correct public transportation plan for you on race morning.
Within 24-48 hours after the race, the link to race photos will be posted on the results page of the event website.
All participants will also receive an email with their race photos.When you sign up for your race, you can decide to create or join a team, both during and after registration.
